STEAM GENERATOR TUBE PLUGGING REPORT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION 4.4.6.5.a SALEM GENERATING STATION UNIT NO. 2 FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR-75 DOCKET NO. 50-311 PSEG Nuclear, LLC hereby submits the steam generator tube plugging report for Salem Generating Station, Unit No. 2 as required by Technical Specification 4.4.6.5.a for Facility Operating License DPR-75. The Steam Generator Tube inspections were completed on April 28, 2002 during the Unit 2 1 2 th refueling outage (2R12).
A total of forty-one (41) tubes were plugged during 2R12. The following is a summary of the tubes plugged as a result of eddy current inspections:
Steam Generator #21 -
14 tubes Steam Generator #22 -
8 tubes Steam Generator #23 -
10 tubes Steam Generator #24 -
9 tubes The total Salem Unit No. 2 steam generator tube plugging is 6.73%
