- 1) Letter from Nuclear Management Company, LLC to Document Control Desk, License Amendment Request To Support 24-Month Fuel Cycles, dated June 30, 2004.
In Reference 1 the Nuclear Management Company, LLC (NMC) requested U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) approval of a License Amendment to the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant (MNGP) Technical Specifications (TS). Specifically, the NMC proposed revisions to the MNGP TS Surveillance Requirements to support the implementation of 24-month fuel cycles. Further, the NMC requested approval of the amendment by March 1, 2005 with a 90 day implementation period.
NMC hereby modifies the requested approval date to June 30, 2005, with a 90 day implementation period.
The above schedule change is administrative in nature and has no impact on TS changes or justifications previously submitted.
