SELECT SYSTEM REV1EW APRIL 1988 PROGRESS DESIGN BASIS RECONSTITUTION Work continues on a risk based assessment of historic Plant Changes/Modifications.
Reconstitution of design bases for Area Radiation Monitoring, Process Radiation Monitoring and Normal Containment Coolers continues in accordance with the Integrated Schedule.
Issuance of the draft is scheduled for November 1988.
Design Basis Verification activities for the original fifteen Select Systems continues in accordance with the Integrated Schedule.
Completion of the activity is scheduled for May 1988.
SAFETY ENGINEERING GROUP SEG The SEG is continuing to review the Area Radiation Monitoring, Process Radiation Monitoring and Normal Containment Cooling Systems to identify those items appropriate for punchlisting and further review and action.
Items for Normal Containment Cooling have been submitted to the System Engineer for evaluation and action.
WALKDOWNS Preparations continue toward performing Small Bore Piping and Tubing and P&ID walkdowns of outside containment portions of the Area Radiation Monitoring, Process Radiation Monitoring and Normal Containment Cooling systems.
These activities will proceed in accordance with the Integrated Schedule.
Completion is scheduled for February 1989 and August.
