Re: Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 Security Plan Enclosed herewith are four (4) copies of Revision 6 to the Turkey Point Plant Security Plan. The copies are numbered MCD-126-1 through MCD-126-4.
This revision 'does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Security Plan and, therefore, does not require NRC approval prior to implementct ion in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54 (p).
The material enclosed herewith contains safeguards information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 as amended.
By a copy of this letter, we are forwarding copy No. MCD-126-5 to Mr. J. P. O'Reilly, Director of the Region 11 Office of Inspection and Enforcement.
