State Route 2 Oak Harbor, Ohio 43449 419-321-7676 Readiness for NRC Supplemental Inspection Required for a White Finding In Letter EA-21-155 dated March 1, 2022 (reference NRC Inspection Report No.
05000346/2021092), the NRC finalized the significance of a White finding for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station (DBNPS) regarding an Emergency Diesel Generator (EDG) speed switch. As a result, the NRC assessed the DBNPS to continue to be in the Regulatory Response Column of the NRC's Action Matrix and identified that a supplemental NRC inspection will be performed for this issue. As requested by this Assessment Follow-Up Letter, this letter is to inform the NRC staff that the Energy Harbor Nuclear Corporation (Energy Harbor) is ready for the supplemental inspection at the DBNPS in accordance with NRC Inspection Procedure 95001.
