Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 L-2023-017 10 CFR 50.4 10 CFR 50 Appendix E Radiological Emergency Plan Revision 73 and Revision 7 4 The Turkey Point Plant Radiological Emergency Plan, Revisions 73 and 74 were implemented on January 20th and February 6nd, 2023 respectively.
A summary of the changes to the revised document is attached. FPL has determined that the changes described do not result in a decrease in the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan.

AR 02428757, EC 287982 Emergency Plan revision includes title changes for One Fleet One Team including ERO positions (no NRC required positions have changed). In addition, the implementation of Unit 3 Spent Fuel Pool effluent radiation monitor, RAD-3-6418, with the same range as the previous detector. Table 3-2 was updated for the Beta scintillation low range detector and the ionization chamber high range detector for the Unit 3 Spent Fuel Pool RAD-3-6418.
