St. Lucie Unit 1 Docket No. 50-335 Emergency Response Data Point Library (DPL) Changes This information is being provided for compliance with 10CFR50, Appendix E, VI, 3.a, "Maintaining the Emergency Response Data System," which requires notification within 30 days after the changes are made for any software or hardware changes to any transmitted data points identified in the Data Point Library. St. Lucie implemented a plant modification in 1993 that changed this data point, but only recently discovered that the required 30-day Data Point Library change notification was not made. This letter is being submitted to document the change to a liquid waste discharge radiation monitor.

The change is summarized on page 2 of Attachment 1 with the affected Data Point Library (DPL) page on page 3. No other DPL points are affected by this change and all originally submitted ERDS points remain available and unchanged.
