I By letter dated August 11, 2017 (Accession No. ML17221A048), the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) provided five signed originals of Amendment No. 15 to Indemnity Agreement No. B-73, which is required in connection with the transfer of the Ohio Edison Company and The Toledo Edison Company ownership interests in Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No. 2 to FirstEnergy Nuclear Generation, LLC. One original was to be signed and returned to the NRC Document Control Desk as proof of acceptance. As requested, a signed original is enclosed.

, Indemnity Agreement No. B-73, between Ohio Edison Company, Pennsylvania Power Company, The Toledo Edison Company, The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Co.mpany, FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company,* FirstEnergy Nuclear Generation, LLC, and the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission, dated August 12, 197 4, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
The names "Ohio Edison Company" and 'The Toledo Edison Company," are deleted wherever they appear in the indemnity agreement.
- Item 1 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is modified as follows:
Item 1 - Licensees Unit 1 - FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company FirstEnergy Nuclear Generation, LLC Unit 2 - FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company FirstEnergy Nuclear Generation, LLC Item 1 -. Address for all Licensees 76 South Main Street Akron, OH 44308 In light of the above amendments and the intent of previous amendments, Indemnity Agreeme_nt No. B-73 is between FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company, FirstEnergy Nuclear Generation, LLC, and the United Stated Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
Historically, licensee name changes to the original indemnity agreement and attachments thereto were not correctly recorded. Therefore, the following is intended for clarification as a matter of record. Pennsylvania Power Company became a subsidiary of Ohio Edison Company in 1944. In 1986, a holding company, Centerior Energy, was formed with Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company and The Toledo Edison Company becoming subsidiaries. FirstEnergy
