Dear Sir or Madam:
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.55a(g), the referenced letter transmitted Energy Northwest's third ten-year interval Inservice Inspection (ISI) program plan for Columbia Generating Station.. During,'review of ISI examination activities for Columbia's next refueling outage, an error was fou'rid in the ISI program plan document. Specifically, the examination method detailed on tables listing code category D-A examinations on pages 5-110 and 5-111 is described as VT-3. This examination method should be described as VT-1.
The attachment hereto contains the corrected pages 5-110 and 5-111.
