Dear Mr. McKernon:
Enclosed please find the written and operational examinations for the initial operator licensing examinations scheduled for the week of March 30, 2009 at Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant (CPNPP) as requested in Reference 1. These examinations were developed based on the guidance in Reference 2. The enclosures with this letter contain sensitive information which should be withheld from public disclosure until after the examinations are complete.
Signed reactor operator and senior operator license applications certifying the completion of all required training will be submitted by March 13, 2009.
