(Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Units 2 and 3) Petition for Reconsideration of CLI-01-24 The Commission approved a Memorandum and Order responding to a petition for reconsideration of the Commissions decision in CLI-01-24 filed by Connecticut Coalition Against Millstone and the STAR Foundation. The Memorandum and Order denies the petition for reconsideration of CLI-01-24.
(Subsequently, on January 30, 2002, the Secretary signed the Memorandum and Order.)
II.
SECY-02-0014 - Duke Cogema Stone & Webster (Savannah River Mixed Oxide Fuel Fabrication Facility); Georgians Against Nuclear Energy's Motion for Reconsideration of CLI-01-28 The Commission approved a Memorandum and Order responding to Georgians Against Nuclear Energys (GANE) motion for reconsideration of CLI-01-28. The Memorandum and Order denies GANEs motion for reconsideration of CLI-01-28.
