SUBJECT:
Submittal of 2016 Byron Initial License Examination Post-Examination Comments Byron has no post exam comments for the 2016 Byron Initial License Examination administered March 14 to Match 25, 2016.
In accordance with ES-402, Section D.4.e, the following material was mailed to Michael Bielby, Chief Examiner at Region Ill offices via USPS Certified Mail on March 25, 2016. The USPS tracking number is 70151520000050088529:
Graded written examination original answer sheets with a copy of each applicants answer sheet before grading The signed applicants exam cover sheets Applicant questions and proctor responses during the written examination Written examination seating chart The master examination and answer keys were hand delivered to Michael Bielby on March 7, 2016. The facility has made no changes to the exam since then.
Original forms ES-201-3, Examination Security Agreement with Pre-and Post-examination signatures will be delivered as soon as all the Post-examination signatures have been completed.
Per our discussion with Michael Bielby, we request the NRC withhold public disclosure of the exam in ADAMS for 2 years so we can have the exam available for internal use.

The proprietary information contained within the JPM has been redacted, so that JPM itself may be published. The procedure that we request to be withheld is EP-AA-1 12-100-F-06, ERO NOTIFICATION OR AUGMENTATION.
The exam exit will be conducted by Michael Bielby, NRC Chief Examiner, via a telephone conference when the exam grading is completed.
