Dear Sir or Madam:
NRC issued Security Order EA-1 1-039 (Reference 1) which required Indiana Michigan Power Company (I&M), the licensee for Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant (CNP), to comply with Additional Security Measures (ASMs). I&M responded (Reference 2) with a schedule to achieve compliance with the ASMs. Subsequently, the implementation date was revised (Reference 3) based on current fuel load plans.

U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission AEP-NRC-2012-18 Page 2 This letter provides notification that CNP is in full compliance with the requirements of Security Order EA-1 1-039 as of March 25, 2012. CNP will store fuel in the Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation on or after June 23, 2012.
