Dear Sir:
Florida Power Corporation (FPC) requested the referenced exemption as a contingency for a possible labor action associated with the negotiations with its bargaining unit. As discussed in teleconferences between members of FPC and the NRC, FPC and the bargaining unit have successfully concluded the current labor negotiations and the requested exemption is no longer necessary.
This letter establishes no new regulatory commitments.
