The NRG Office of Nuclear Security Incident Response specifically requested a copy of this plan.
The CR-3 ISFSI Law Enforcement Response Plan; Rev O (DRAFT A), attached as Enclosure 1, contains Safeguards Information as defined by 1 O CFR 73.22 and disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
