  • NOTE* On May 1, 2004, the pressurizer power operated relief valve (PORV) momentarily passed steam. This occurred when the PORV block valve was re-opened after being closed for 30 hours3.472222e-4 days <br />0.00833 hours <br />4.960317e-5 weeks <br />1.1415e-5 months <br />. The block valve had been closed to validate indications that the PORV was leaking slightly into its discharge drain line. The PORV operated as designed.
