Enclosed is a copy of the current Florida Powe'r Corporation Licensed Operator Requalification Training Program. The program has been updated to include the clarification provided by the Harold Denton letter of 3/28/80 and all other FPC requalification training commitments associated with NUREG 0737.

We believe our program meets all of the NRC requirements and all of FPC's commitments. We also believe we have an excellent training program that has produced superior oparators which is illustrated by our recent operating successes. '

In accordance with the request of Generic Letter 84-14, the next update of the FSAR willinclude explicit reference to this Program description.
