Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy) submitted a proposed alternative request in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55a(z)(1) for Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit 2 (ANO-2). The submittal included proprietary information and the associated affidavit. During their review, the NRC observed an apparent discrepancies between the documents listed in the affidavit and the documents submitted. Specifically, the NRC could not find Technical Report ANP-4023, Revision 0, "Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit 2 Relief Request for Half-Nozzle Repair of RVCH Penetration #46," December 2022.
These reports were used directly as the enclosure (Request for Alternative) in the Referenced document. The Framatome markings, including the report number was removed. This has been discussed with the ANO NRR Project Manager. It was determined that to make the direct link between the affidavit and the documents submitted, Entergy needed to submit the Technical Report.
The purpose of this supplement is to provide the Proprietary and Non-Proprietary version of the Technical Report.
