Cyber Security Plan (CSP). Since the CSP is incorporated by reference into the ANO Security Plan these changes have been evaluated in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p). It was determined that these changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the CSP; therefore, prior NRG approval is not required. Clarification of use of Alternative Controls (countermeasures),
application of Cyber Security Controls for communication voice and data networks, application of vulnerability scanning, and application of Appendix D and E controls were implemented in Revision 2 of the CSP. Enclosure 1 provides Revision 2 of the CSP, and Enclosure 2 provides the mark-up of the previous Revision 1.
