I & 2; Docket Nos. 50-220 &,50-410 R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant Docket No. 50-244 Decommissioning Trust: Notice of Change of Named Trustee This letter informs you of a material change relative to the decommissioning trusts for Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, Inc., R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, LLC, and Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, LLC. Although the trust documents themselves will not be amended, a pending merger and acquisition activity is scheduled to result in, by operation of law, a name change of the trustee for the trusts from"Mellon Bank, N.A." to "The Bank of New York Mellon." This name change is expected to become effective on or about July 1, 2008.Since the trust documents will not be amended, this letter is for your information and not subject to the 30 working day notification requirement in 10 CFR 50.75(h)(1)(iii).
