ME2803)
Dear Mr. Sunseri:
By letter dated November 23, 2009 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession 1\10. ML093350596), as supplemented by letter dated December 21,2009 (ADAMS Accession No. ML093640049), Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation (WCNOC) applied for an amendment to the Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS) Operating License No. NPF-42. The license amendment request included the Cyber Security Plan (CSP), proposed changes to the Facility Operating License, and a proposed CSP implementation schedule for WCGS. The proposed CSP was submitted in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 73.54, "Protection of digital computer and communication systems and networks." Subsequently, by letter dated July 19, 2010 (ADAMS Accession No. ML 102080329), WCNOC withdrew the amendment request. The purpose of this letter is to advise that the application dated November 23, 2009, as supplemented by letter dated December 21, 2009, is being treated as withdrawn.
Notice of Consideration of Issuance of the proposed amendment had not been published in the Federal Register.
