KEWAUNEE POWER STATION MAKE-UP/REMEDIAL TRAINING PLAN TO REINSTATE OPERATOR LICENSE
Dear Mr. Heacock:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has reviewed the Make-Up/Remedial Training Plan you have provided for Mr. Christopher M. Brandt to restore his reactor operator license to an active condition (Serial No.12-743). The NRC agrees that the provided training program is sufficient to restore Mr. Brandt's operating license to an active status upon completion of the program. Please provide the written examination administration and operating test administration dates and pass/fail status to Ms. J. Kweiser of my staff upon completion of the examinations.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records System (PARS) component of NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS), accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
