Dear Administrative Judges:
Following up on the State of New York
's submission last week of a cover letter and Nondisclosure Agreement s and Acknowledgments (April 9, 2015 at 10:36 AM), it appears that the final version of the cover letter was mislabeled as the certificate of service.
It also appears that an earlier version of cover letter was inadvertently filed.
To remedy this, the State of New York hereby serves via NRC's Electronic Information Exchange (EIE)
- 1. The final version of the State's April 9, 2015 cover letter, this time correctly labeled;
- 2. The State's April 9, 2015 certificate of service for the Nondisclosure Agreements and Acknowledgments of Lisa Burianek and Alan Belensz and the April 9 cover letter describing the filing and an EIE issue; and 3. A certificate of service for today's corrective filing
- s. Please substitute today's corrective filings for the mislabeled cover letter and certificate of service. I apologize for the confusion and inconvenience caused by the earlier filing
