SUBJECT: DOMINION NUCLEAR CONNECTICUT, INC., MILLSTONE POWER STATION UNIT 1 - NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 05000245/201 5011

Dear Mr. Heacock:

On August 11 - 13, 2015, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) conducted an inspection at the Millstone Power Station Unit 1 (MS

-1). In-office reviews of information supplied by Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (Dominion)

were conducted between August 14 - 20, 2015. The inspection examined activities conducted under your license as they relate to safety and compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations and the conditions of your license. The inspection consisted of observations by the inspector s, interviews with personnel, and a review of procedures and records. The results of the inspection were discussed with Dominion management and staff at the conclusion of the onsite inspection activities on August 13, 2015 and in a telephone exit meeting with Thomas Cleary, Acting Licensing Manager, on September 2, 2015. The inspection results are described in the enclosed report. No findings of safety significance were identified.
