PETITION TO INTERVENE AND REQUEST FOR HEARING REGARDING THE CONSTRUCTION PERMIT APPLICATION FROM LONG MOTT ENERGY, LLC FOR LONG MOTT GENERATING STATION (DOCKET NO. 50-614-CP)
The Office of the Secretary has received a petition to intervene and request for hearing from Marisa Perales and Claire Krebs on behalf of San Antonio Bay Estuarine Waterkeeper. The request, which was submitted through the E-Filing System on August 11, 2025, is in response to the construction permit application from Long Mott Energy, LLC (Docket No. 50-614-CP), as published in the Federal Register on June 10, 2025 (90 Fed. Reg. 24428). The deadline to request a hearing was August 11, 2025. The petition can be found in ADAMS under Accession Number ML25223A335 and on the Electronic Hearing Docket.
The request is being referred to you for appropriate action in accordance with 10 C.F.R.
§ 2.346(i). This referral memorandum is being served on the E-Filing service list for the Long Mott Generating Station proceeding, Docket No. 50-614-CP.
