Investigation revealed that this was one error when a computer technician utilized the wrong procedure when reprogramming a set of card readers for the Unit 2 Outage.

This method includes a review by Security Operations. Security I6C, Station Services Engineering and Computer Services. Final approval of modifications is done by the Security Supervisor.
