REPORT ON TRIP TO SEQUOYAH DATE OF VISIT:
March 18, 2002 PURPOSE OF VISIT:
Meet with the SRI and plant management, and participate in Annual Assessment Meeting INSPECTOR OBSERVED:

The Sequoyah Annual Assessment Meeting was conducted at the site training center. The meeting was conducted as planned, with the Branch Chief providing the ROP overview and the SRI discussing plant specific performance. There were no media personnel in attendance nor any local residents. One local emergency preparedness official was present and asked several questions of the SRI and Branch Chief. The meeting appeared to be well-received by those in attendance.
