Cook Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2 LIST OF CHANGES AFFECTING THE COOK NUCLEAR PLANT SAFEGUARDS CONTINGENCY PLAN, REVISION 1 SECURITY TRAINING AND QUALIFICATION PLAN, REVISION 2 AND PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN, REVISION 3 Pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p), Indiana Michigan Power Company is submitting Revision 1 to the "Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant Safeguards Contingency Plan," Revision 2 to the "Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant Security Training and Qualification Plan," and Revision 3 to the "Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant Physical Security Plan." provides a list of changes affecting Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant Safeguards Contingency Plan, Revision 1; Security Training and Qualification Plan, Revision 2; and Physical Security Plan, Revision 3. Attachment 2 contains the Safeguards Contingency Plan. Attachment 3 contains the Security Training and Qualification Plan, and Attachment 4 contains the Physical Security Plan.
The changes made in these revisions do not eliminate plan commitments to specific security measures stated in 10 CFR 73.55(b) through (h), 10 CFR 73 Appendix B, nor do the changes decrease the ability of the CNP physical protection system and security organization to protect with high assurance against a design basis threat as stated in 10 CFR 73.1(a). These changes do not decrease the overall effectiveness of the plan or the security program and therefore do not require Nuclear Regulatory Commission approval prior to implementation.
