Automatic Reactor Trip on SG Low Level following the loss of one of the two Main Feed Pumps during troubleshooting. The Unit returned to full power operation on 11/06. LER 03-02 will be issued to document this event.

A lcak was identified at a threaded connection to the Main Turbine Generator Hydrogen Cooler "B". Power was reduced to 90% to effect repairs. The Unit returned to full power operation on 11/10.

An RCS leak was identified at a Loop 3 flow transmitter. Power was reduced to 20% and the Main Turbine Generator breaker opened. Reactor power was held at 7% while the leak was isolated and transmitter replaced. The Unit returned to full power operation on 11/13.
