This letter is being submitted to announce a change in the person serving as Director of the Engineering Experiment Station (EES) as required by Technical Specification 6.6.2(3)(C) of the OSURR. As Director of EES, I, William A. Baeslack, have replaced James C. Williams who was the Director.
