- Don, EOP 9, does direct the operators to start the GTGs and load them. I can send you a portion of the procedure, but I need your fax number again.

- David, Do the EOPs instruct the operators to ensure or request that GTG are started and loaded given an LOOP? I want to make sure that recovery of power is a single action and not two independent actions (i.e., GTG/swtichyard operators and control room operators). If it's in the EOPs, then a single XHE is sufficient.
Do you have the EOPs handy that you could e-mail or send a copy to me?
