I received a copy of your letter to Mr. Stewart B. Minahan with the Nebraska Public Power District regarding the above referenced request for withholding information from public disclosure. As the State of Missouri's Liaison to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, I am requesting a copy of this document.
Due to the siting of the Cooper Nuclear Station near the Missouri border, we have an interest in more clearly understanding the design to expand their wet fuel storage capacity and how it could relate to other reactors in the state of Missouri.
