- 1) Embedded Pipe (EP) Survey Unit CRT-8 meets the -tion of embedded pipe for Phrn Brook Reactor Facility (PBRF).
- 2) EP CXT-8 is a Class 1, Group 1 survey unit as per the PBRF Find Status Survey Plan (FSSP) and Technical Basis Document ('I'BD)-M-OoQ.
- 3) Surveys in EP CRT-8 were performed using a scintillation detector optimized to measure gamma energies representative of C040. Sample #EP 3-9 from Survey Request (SR)-13 was referenced fbr this decision.
- 4) Survey Instructions for this survey unit are incorpo-rated into and @med in accardance with (MW) the Babcock SerJices Incorporated @Sr)/LVS-002, Work Excution Package (WEP)05-006. Survey instructions described in this Revision #

1.2 EP CRT-8 mnsists of 2.5" diameter piping that is approximately 3 feet in 2 0 Survey Design Information 2.1 FLP CRT-8 was ameyed IAW Prodwe #BSVLVS-002.
