SEABROOK STATION, UNIT NO.1 - RESPONSE TO REGULATORY ISSUE
SUMMARY 2005-26
Dear Mr. St. Pierre:
On November 7,2008, Mr. Michael O'Keefe of your staff provided information to the Nuclear
Regulatory Commission (NRC) in response to an NRC e-mail request' regarding the
implementation of programs related to Regulatory Issue Summary (RIS) 2005-26, "Control of
Sensitive Unclassified Nonsafeguards Information Related to Nuclear Power Reactors." Your
staff's response indicated that in February 2008, a process was implemented to review and
mark correspondence addressed to the NRC consistent with RIS 2005-26 guidance, and that no
document types were excluded from this process. The e-mail request and subsequent
response can be found in the NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management
Systems Accession (ADAMS) Accession No. ML083380506.
The NRC appreciates your response and will use your staff's categorization of documents when
profiling Seabrook Station, Unit No.1 documents in ADAMS. The NRC may categorize
documents different from your staff's categorization in accordance with agency procedures.
