RE: 0C Commitment Review Dave -- Good question on "direction" I believe the State of NJ thinks the strippable coating de-lamination issue is significant. NJ also appears to think that AmerGen did NOT satisfy their commitment.
Given the interest and views of this important external stakeholder, I thought it worthwhile to find out what the views are from the involved NRC internal stakeholders.
