Pursuant to the requirements of 1 OCFR140.21 (e), enclosed for submission to the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission ("NRC") are the following documents:
Licensee Guarantee of Payment of Deferred Premium including
- 1. Affidavit to Request Withholding of Proprietary Information from Public Disclosure
- 2. 2008 Actual Cash Flow and 2009 Projected Cash Flow (Proprietary Version)
- 3. 2008 Actual Cash Flow and 2009 Projected Cash Flow (Non-Proprietary Version)
The above documents were delivered to Arizona Public Service Company ("APS"), the operating Agent of the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station. By agreement, APS is forwarding the sealed envelope for submission to NRC along with the projected cashflow statement of APS and other Palo Verde participants.
