Commentson Draft, Director's Decision
.P4...Nuc.qlear, Inc. (GPU) recommends the following clarification be incorporated into,the-final4director's decision on Mr. Eric Epstein's petition pursuant to 10 CFR 2.206 regarding the financial assurance of the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 2 (TMI-2) decommissioning fund.
Page 5 of the draft director's decision states that $4,054,046 was to be deposited in the TMI-2 decommissioning trust in 2010 on behalf of Metropolitan Edison Company and Pennsylvania Electric Company. In actuality, the deposit was to be made on behalf of Metropolitan Edison Company and Jersey Central Power and Light Company.
