Revision 26 USAR APPENDIX C MONTICELLO UPDATED SAFETY ANALYSIS REPORT Page 1 of 1 APPENDIX C QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM I/kab NSPM nuclear plant operational and support activities are conducted under the Quality Assurance Topical Report (QATR), NSPM1. NSPM1 is the top-level policy document that establishes the manner in which quality is to be achieved and presents overall philosophy regarding achievement and assurance of quality. NSPM1 responds to and satisfies the requirements of Appendix B of 10 CFR Part 50. Revisions are submitted for NRC review according to 10 CFR 50.54(a).
