$140,000, NRC INSPECTION REPORT 05000296/2016015 AND INVESTIGATION REPORT NO. 2-2015-037," dated November 28, 2016 As requested in the above reference, the purpose of this letter is to provide confirmation of payment method and when payment occurred.
Payment of the civil penalty in the amount of $140,000 was made via Electronic Funds Transfer on December 15, 2016.
