SUMMARY
- 2016 ANNUAL ASSESSMENT PUBLIC MEETING REGARDING NORTH ANNA POWER STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2, DOCKET NOS. 50-338 AND 50-339 On April 18, 2017, at 5:00 p.m., the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff met with members of the public at the Louisa County Administration Building. The purpose of the open house and poster board session was to provide opportunities to discuss the annual assessment of the North Anna Power Station, Units 1 and 2 with the public for the period of January 1, 2016, through December 31, 2016. The members of the public asked several questions in a town hall-style format about AREVA/Creusot Forge components and tritium, and the appearance of a large number of relief requests was discussed. The meeting notice and agenda are available in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System at Accession Number ML17081A144. Enclosed are a list of attendees and copies of the poster boards displayed at the meeting.
