Dear Mr. Kammerer:

Enclosed, for your information, are copies of correspondence which have come to me from two of my constituents, Mr. J.

H. Rothwell, of Homestead, and Ms. Merle B. Frank, President, League of Women Voters of Metropolitan Dade County, Florida.

My constituents are protesting the recent decision by the NRC's Atomic Safety and Licensing Board to cancel the public hearing scheduled for the intervenor in Miami, Florida, who raised questions about the proposed steam generator repairs to Turkey Point Nuclear Power Plant.

I would very much appreciate your consideration of the comments in the letters and your providing me with the benefit of a reply.

Thank you.

Sincerely, D

E B.
