In a letter dated Septeimber 22, 2015, the NRC notified the Licensees that they would retain their non-possessing facility security clearance at the SECRET - National Security Information level. The NRC's September 22, 2015 letter requires written notification within 30 days if certain circumstances occur.

Ali"TACHMENT 1 TO THIS LETTER CONTAINS INFORMATION THAT IS BEING WITHHELD FROM PUBLIC DISCLOSURE UNDER 10 CFR 2.390. UPON SEPARATION OF ATTACHMENT 1, THIS LETTER IS DECONTROLLED.
Serial No. 18-006A Page 2 of 2 On M:arch 1, 2018 and March 9, 2018 personnel changes were made that would affect the information previously provided on the October 2017 OODEP lists for the Licensees and Dominion Energy, Inc. These changes are provided in Attachments 1 and 2.
In accordance with 1 O CFR 2.390(a)(6), the Licensees request that Attachment 1 to this letter be withheld from public disclosure.
As stated in 10 CFR 2.390(b)(1)(ii), an affidavit is not necessary to support this request.
