Dear Sir:
4 Why is it that we cannot use available energy and put General Public Utilities TMI Unit 1, the unan=nged reactor at T.iree Mile Is1ind, into service. Any other nation in the world would not vaste this valuable com:::odity they would put this energy to good use. Here in America it is always wait and see, or never cake a decision.
In times as these today, it takes good cor:=on sense decisions cade swiftly to keep ahead of the times. The old adverb "He Who Hesitate Is Lost" is more true now then ever. Let's cove ahead, please do not let the minorities dictate the terms when this country is based upon majority rule.
Please try to get this reactor into service without all the red tape and slow downs, let's keep America as independent as possible.

Sincerely yours nG MA-Fred S.' Bailey' W,n4 Ant /l by ard..!
