Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
l This letter supplements the response to Infraction No. 413/80-10-01 which was transmitted by my letter of July 13, 1980. We now plan to inspect an additional 50 component support welds of > 5/16 inch.
The results of this inspection should be available by October 1, 1980.
A final report will be submitted at that time.
