Gentlemen:
Revisions 12 and 13 to Certificate of Compliance No. 6698 were issued on October 17 and November 28, 1980, in response to your applications dated September 12, 1980 (as superseded October 17,1980), and Novemb::r 5,1980.
Amendment fees totalling $2,950 were paid for review and approval of the requests ($150 for the September 12 application, and $2,800 for the November 5 application).
In accordance with Footnotes 1(d) and 4 of the enclosed 10 CFR 170, we have reviewed the manpower expenditures required for the review of the subject applications for amendment, and the actual review fee is $2,812.
We have notified the NRC Office of the Controller to refund $138 to your company.
