v Emergency Feedwater System Upgrade e
Dear Mr. Reid:
I E By letter dated December 19, 1980, Florida Power Corporation submitted a preliminary description of the proposed upgrade to the Emergency Feed-water System at Crystal River Unit 3.
Your letter dated January 28, 1981, stated that our proposed upgrade was conceptually acceptable and we should proceed with our design.
Also, your letter requested our schedules for submittal of other information required for your review and final approval.
Florida Power Corporation hereby states the requested submittal schedules to be as follows:
June 15, 1981 A revised reliability analysis will be submitted which addresses the concerns as stated in your January 28, 1981, letter.
August 3, 1981 A final system description will be submit-ted for your approval.
90 days prior A proposed change to the Standard Techni-gf to final im-cal Specifications will be submitted for OTb plementation your approval.
Spring 1983 Final implementation of the upgrade will Refueling Out-be completed.

Also, worthy of note in your assessment of our schedules is the fact that a lengthy outage will be reqaired to perform an upgrade of this magnitude.
