'p APPENDIX'A-NOTICE OF VIOLATION Mississippi Power-and Light Company License No. DPPR-118 Grand-Gulf.
-Based on the NRC inspection August 4-29, 1980, certain of your activities were apparently not: conducted in full-compliance with NRC requirements as ' indicated below. These items have been categorized as described in currespondence to.you dated December 31, 1974.
-As required by Criterion V ofl Appendix B to 10 CFR 50, implemented by Mississippi Power anrE Light Company's PSAR, Section 17.1.5.2 Bechtel's activities : affecting quality shall be accomplished in accordanceL.with instructions,. procedures and drawings.
Bechtel-Nuclear Components Division I, Part III' Procedures Paragraph ~ 6.4 states that electrodes shall be issued in portable rod warmers. Return unused portions at.the end of the shift.
Contrary to the above, on August '14, '1980, the inspector found approximat'ely 25 unused electrodes -lying loose in the containment building.
This is a deficiency.
