Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
In regard to the subject bulletin transmitted by your letter dated January 27, 1981, Duke Power Company has completed an inspection of the Oconee Unit 1, Unit 2, and Unit 3 accessible mechanical snubbers. This inspection was com-pleted by May 31, 1981. The results of the inspection were satisfactory for all three units. Only one safety-related mechanical snubber, No. 3-07A-6 2400A-H78, was discovered " locked-up." This snubber is located on the Unit 3 LP Condensate System. This letter supplements my letter of March 20, 1981.
