McGuire Nuclear Station Safeguards Contingency Plan Revision 3
Dear Mr. Denton:
Attached are five copies of Revision 3 to the McGuire Nuclear Station Safe-guards Contingency Plan dated November 10, 1982. The primary reasons for Revision 3 are:
- 1) to change the reporting of safeguards events per y/
10 CFR 73.71(c); 2) to allow the Security Shift Lieutenant the flexibility to relieve the CAS or SAS operator for response purposes; and 3) to change position titles to E flect Duke Power Company's recent departmental reorgani-zatien.
Since this material is applicable to security provisions at McGuire, it is requested that this information be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21.
