In response to your letter dated December 14, 1981, concerning Notice of Violation in Inspection Report 81-284/81-01, we have taken further action for Violation B.
Invitations were extended to the Pocatello Police Department, Bannock County Sheriff's Office, and the Pocatello Fire Department explaining our facility and offering a tour. A copy of this letter is attached. The Pocatello Chief of Police and the Pocatello Fire Marshall responded and were shown our nuclear facility. The Pilysical Security Plan was explained to them.
They were shown the major health physics problems and were familiarized with our emergency plan and the emergency plan for the State of Idaho.
The nuclear facility will continue a close liaison between the Police and Fire Departments via Idaho State University and they will be advised of any major changes to our facility in the future.
